BlueRock Insurance Services is dedicated to offering a positive, more human insurance services experience. We are looking to fill our vacant position of Account Executives to assist our operational teams in delivering the best service experience to our clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Market renewals and new business to appropriate insurance carriers

• Negotiate with Underwriters to provide the best possible coverages and rates according to underwriting guidelines

• Analyze Risks and make appropriate recommendations

• Ensuring policy applications are accurate and complete

• Calling on policyholders to deliver and explain policies, to analyze current programs and suggesting additions or changes

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers

• Work with other departments to cross sell and service all accounts to the best of the agencies ability

• Support Producers with any guidance and customer service issues that arise

• Prepare insurance proposals for clients and potential clients

Requirements:

• NYS Licensed Property and Casualty

• 1-3 years brokerage, consulting, insurance, or corporate environment CPCU is preferred

• Proactive, self-starter

• Strong Customer Service and Relationship-building skills

• Problem-solving and Decision-making skills

• High level of professionalism in dealing with customers and co-workers

• Communication and writing skills

• Bilingual (Preferably Mandarin as we are located in the Asian community)
